我厂的冷修平炉工作过去存在着自满保守思想,操作混乱,分工不明,砌炉质量差,缺乏验收制度。虽然我们针对这些缺点不断改进,例如初搞了分工制度,劳动组织配合拆修时间的指示图表、技术监督验收制度、原材料供应制度及工会的宣传鼓动等工作,但在实际操作上由于缺乏先进性、统一性有经验不能巩固,操作没有规程;所以冷修的时间始终停留在100小时以上,质量还是很差;砖缝超出规定的地方很多。
