目的:探讨高效液相色谱法测定食品接触材料水性模拟液中苯代三聚氰胺迁移量的方法。方法:食品接触材料经水、10%乙醇(v/v)、20%乙醇(v/v)、50%乙醇(v/v)以及3%乙酸(w/v)等5种不同水性模拟液提取后,以Agilent HC-CN为分析柱,乙腈/水(体积比18:82)为流动相,UV检测器(λ=246 nm),进行定量分析。结果:5种不同水性模拟液中苯代三聚氰胺在0.5 mg/L~10.0 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系均良好(r≥0.9998),检测限(S/N=3)在0.031 mg/L~0.046 mg/L。在低、中、高3个不同添加水平下进行加标回收实验,苯代三聚氰胺的平均回收率为82.0%~97.3%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.81%~5.9%。结论:本方法简单、快捷、准确,完全能够满足食品接触材料的日常检验要求。
OBJECTIVE: To study the method for determining the migration of benzoguanamine in aqueous simulated liquid of food contact materials by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: Food contact materials were hydrolyzed in 5 different aqueous simulants (water, 10% ethanol (v / v), 20% ethanol, v / v and 3% acetic acid After extraction, quantitative analysis was performed on an Agilent HC-CN column with acetonitrile / water (18:82 by volume) as the mobile phase and a UV detector (λ = 246 nm). Results: The linear correlations of benzene melamine in 5 different aqueous simulants were good (r ≥ 0.998) and the limits of detection (S / N = 3) were within 0.031 mg / L ~ 0.046 mg / L. The average recoveries of benzoguanamine were 82.0% ~ 97.3% with relative standard deviations (n = 6) of 0.81% ~ 5.9% at three different additive levels of low, medium and high. Conclusion: The method is simple, fast and accurate, and can fully meet the daily inspection requirements of food contact materials.
