目的:评估中西医结合治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)的临床疗效及对围产儿预后的影响。方法:将85例ICP患者随机分为2组:治疗组45例采用中西医结合治疗,对照组40例采用西医治疗。结果:治疗组临床症状缓解、血清肝总胆汁酸水平下降明显,胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息和早产的发生率明显降低。结论:中西医结合治疗ICP安全有效。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) and its effect on the prognosis of perinatal children. Methods: Eighty-five patients with ICP were randomly divided into two groups: 45 cases in the treatment group were treated with combination of TCM and Western medicine, and 40 cases in the control group were treated by Western medicine. Results: The clinical symptoms of the treatment group were relieved, the level of serum total bile acid decreased significantly, and the incidence of fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia and preterm birth was significantly lower. Conclusion: Integrative Medicine is safe and effective in treating ICP.
