对建筑物发生倒塌事故或局部倒塌事故的结构受损鉴定与分析处理是一项非常重要的工作,也是一个较为棘手的建筑事故后期处理问题。现通过对某个建筑发生局部倒塌的实例,对其进行了结构受损鉴定,得出之所以会发生倒塌事故,主要是因为设计、施工以及使用这三方面因素共同作用造成的。并就如何修复加固该建筑物提出了一些建议,希望能够为一般性的建筑物倒塌事故处理提供一些工作实践参考依据。
It is a very important task to identify and analyze the damaged structure of a building in the event of a collapse or a partial collapse. It is also a relatively tricky post-construction accident handling problem. Through the example of a partial collapse of a building, it is identified as structural damage. The conclusion is that the collapse accident is mainly caused by the combination of design, construction and use. And put forward some suggestions on how to repair and reinforce the building, hoping to provide reference for some work practices for the general collapse of buildings.
