报告20例22眼人工晶体植入眼后囊膜浑浊的激光治疗。所有治疗眼的视力均恢复到发生后发障前的最佳水平,使用的激光能量平均为12.9毫焦每脉冲。22眼中有3眼的人工晶体后面有少数白点状小凹损伤,但对人工晶体本身及视力均无影响。作者强调要使用特制的接触镜,要用较高的放大倍数,要掌握准确的激光聚焦技术。文中对后囊膜切孔做了讨论,认为以2-2.5mm为合适,足够通过进入眼内的光线,也不影响其对人工晶体支撑的功能。
Report of 20 cases of 22 intraocular lens implantation opacification of the posterior capsule laser treatment. The visual acuity of all treated eyes was restored to the optimum level before the onset of the disorder, using an average of 12.9 mJ per pulse of laser energy. There were a few white spots in the eyes of 22 eyes with intraocular lens followed by a small concave lesion, but had no effect on the intraocular lens itself and its visual acuity. The author emphasizes the use of special contact lenses, to use a higher magnification, to master the accurate laser focusing technology. In this paper, the discussion of posterior capsular incision, that is appropriate to 2-2.5mm, enough to enter through the eyes of the light, it does not affect its function of intraocular lens support.
