评价作为英语课程中的一个重要组成部分,在英语课程发展中起着十分重要的作用,甚至在某种程度上决定着外语课程改革的方向。教育部新一轮课程改革向我们提出了“立足过程,促进发展”的新课程评价,这不仅仅是评价体系的变革,更主要的是评价理念、评价方法、评价手段以及评价实施过程的转变,如何在小学英语教学实践中运用形成性评价方法促进英语教育教学质量的提高是每一位小学英语教师值得研究的问题。
