通过巯基-烯烃的点击化学法将单硅型偶联剂单体巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPS)与四乙烯基四甲基环四硅氧烷(Vi D4)反应获得四硅型偶联剂(Vi D4-MPS),反应产率为96%。同时,利用红外光谱、核磁共振光谱对产物结构进行了表征。热失重分析表明,Vi D4-MPS固化物耐热性能要优于MPS;在金属表面形成的Vi D4-MPS膜层耐冲击大于100 cm·kg,耐弯曲为1级,附着力为0级,硬度为3H,极化电阻为6 329.7Ω·cm2;盐雾加速腐蚀实验表明,Vi D4-MPS防护性能明显优于MPS,在用于铝片的防护时可耐1 000 h盐雾腐蚀。
