根据数学新课标所倡导的“不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展”教学理念,教师针对班级里有着各种差异的学生,应实施分层教学,以调动学生学习积极性,使教学要求与学生的学习可能性相互适应。在具体教学中可从以下几个方面着手:一、多方位了解学生,合理分层。二、钻研课标与教材,备课分层。三、提高课堂效率,授课分层。四、设置合理梯度,练习分层。五、及时掌握情况,指导分层。六、明确多维目标,评价分层。
