目的探讨p57/Kip2和cyclin E在非小细胞肺癌中的表达情况。方法选取132例非小细胞肺癌手术切除标本,采用ABC法进行了免疫组织化学染色。结果p57/Kip2和cyclin E的阳性表达率分别为59.8%和43.9%。p57/Kip2的表达与肿瘤的侵袭性显著相关,低分化(P=0.0001)、肿瘤体积较大(P=0.0064)、淋巴结转移(P=0.0252)、高分期(P=0.0138)时,p57/Kip2的表达显著降低。cyclinE的过表达与肿瘤的分化程度(P=0.0476)、淋巴管浸润(P=0.0114)、肿瘤体积(P=0.0210)和高TNM分期(P=0.0176)相关。患者的生存期与p57/Kip2和cyclin E的表达均有显著的相关性。结论p57/Kip2的低表达和cyclin E的过表达可能在非小细胞肺癌的发生发展中起重要作用,且可能提示预后不良。
Objective To investigate the expression of p57 / Kip2 and cyclin E in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 132 cases of non-small cell lung cancer resected specimens were selected for immunohistochemical staining ABC method. Results The positive rates of p57 / Kip2 and cyclin E were 59.8% and 43.9% respectively. The expression of p57 / Kip2 was significantly associated with the invasiveness of the tumor. The expression of p57 / Kip2 was significantly correlated with the invasiveness of the tumor. The expression of p57 / Kip2 expression was significantly reduced. Overexpression of cyclinE correlated with tumor differentiation (P = 0.0476), lymphatic invasion (P = 0.0114), tumor volume (P = 0.0210) and high TNM stage (P = 0.0176). The survival of patients with p57 / Kip2 and cyclin E expression were significantly correlated. Conclusion Low expression of p57 / Kip2 and overexpression of cyclin E may play an important role in the development of non-small cell lung cancer and may indicate poor prognosis.
