首先,在教学方法上,要打破以教员为中心的做法,真正确立学员在学习中的主体地位。 1、在教学方法上,应把培养学员的学习能力和创新能力渗透于教学中。教师仍将发挥主导作用,但学生不再是被动的接受者,师生之间不再是生产者和被加工产品之间的关系,而是双向交流和驱动的过程。在这种学习方式中,教师的注意力不是集中在要求什么,而是如何支持学生学习,如何正确引导学员,使学生掌握解决问题的方法。
