苏霍姆林斯基指出:“教育的技巧并不在于能预见到课堂的所有细节,而在于根据当时的具体情况,巧妙地在学生不知不觉中作出相应的变动。”由此可以看出,教师在实际教学过程中关注学生的多向反馈,即时调整教学设计和策略,巧妙引导,才能让学生始终处于渴求知识的状态、巧妙地帮助学生自主生成相关知识的智慧。本文结合笔者在教学实践中几个案例,谈几点在“引导生成”方面的尝试和体会。一、巧设台阶,分化难点
