56例应力性尿失禁妇女用尿道内注射聚四氟乙烯治疗。其中48例(86％)完全治愈或大有进步。无脓肿或其他并发症发生。住院时间减少至2—3天。这种方法容易进行,如果有必要亦不影响进一步的外科手术。特别适用于以前曾经手术失败或肥胖与软弱的病人。
Fifty-six women with stress incontinence were treated with intraurethral polytetrafluoroethylene. 48 of them (86%) were completely cured or greatly improved. No abscess or other complications occurred. Hospitalization reduced to 2-3 days. This method is easy and does not affect further surgery if necessary. It is especially suitable for patients who have previously failed surgery or are obese and weak.
