The human body at high temperatures, the circulatory system can produce a series of physiological adaptive response. Trains narrow, more crew, hot season, indoor environment can have high temperature characteristics. Therefore, studying the change of cardiac output of conductor in high-temperature environment has some practical significance to the protection of crew labor. In July 1984, we observed the changes in cardiac output of a group of conductor exposed to high temperatures using the impedance method. Objects and methods First, the object often Lanzhou, Lanzhou to Lanzhou train to Nanjing 186/185 train by the seventh group; a total of 30, 13 men and 17 women, aged 20 to 50 years, an average of 3l years old; Crew length 0.5 to 9 years accounted for 51%, all subjects were asked history, comprehensive examination to rule out cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.
