三年多前,1956年3月23日撒哈拉沙漠第一次涌出了乌黑的石油。其后又陆绩发现了白金、镍、铜、钻石和煤气等矿产。今天,据估计撒哈拉石油储藏量达资本主义世界的六分之一。对这些资源,第五共和国的达官贵人们和资产阶级的报刊经常夸耀地说:“我们撒哈拉的财富”,“法兰西伟大未来的保证”,等等。但事实上法国资本为了获得美、英和西德资本对阿尔及利亚战争的支持,已经把撒哈拉很大部分的资源押给华尔街、伦敦城和鲁尔的巨头们了。
More than three years ago, the first black oil was erupted in the Sahara on March 23, 1956. Since then Lu Lu discovered platinum, nickel, copper, diamonds and gas and other minerals. Today, it is estimated that the Sahara oil reserves amount to one sixth of the capitalist world. Of these resources, the dignitaries of the fifth republic and the bourgeois press often boasted that “the wealth of our Sahara,” “the guarantee of the great future of France,” and so forth. But in fact French capital, in order to secure the support of the U.S., British and West German capitals for the Algerian war, has already pledged much of the Saharan resources to the giants Wall Street, London City and Ruhr.
