人们眼中的教师是春蚕、蜡烛、园丁和火炬,燃烧自己、照亮他人。这种理念下,教师个人的愿景和成就以及生命状态很难能得到关注。事实上,当前教师的压力普遍较大,很多教师把职业仅当做生存的饭碗,缺乏知识分子应有的良知、道德和精神。当下,完善教师职业道德首先须让教师认同自身身份,明晰自身的权利。就教师身份做分析,提出教师应是教徒、情人和牧师三者兼备的身份观。
People in the eyes of teachers are spring silkworms, candles, gardeners and torches, burning themselves and lighting up others. Under this concept, the individual’s vision and achievement as well as the state of life of the teacher are hardly noticeable. In fact, the current pressure on teachers is generally large. Many teachers regard their careers only as subsistence jobs and lack the conscience, morality and spirit that intellectuals should have. At present, to perfect teachers’ professional ethics, we must first make teachers recognize their own identity and clarify their own rights. Analysis of the status of teachers, proposed that teachers should be believers, lovers and pastors all three identity concept.
