对1971～1992年间,延边大学教职工恶性肿瘤发病情况做了回顾性调查.调查教职工人次总数17244人次,发生恶性肿瘤32例.发病率185.57/10~5.前11年,发生恶性肿瘤8例,发病率136.12/10~5,后11年发生恶性肿瘤24例发病率211.11/10~5,说明恶性肿瘤发病率后11年比前11年明显上升.恶性肿瘤的发病率和死亡率在61～80岁年龄组最高.恶性肿瘤死亡26例,其死亡率150.78/10~5.肝癌在恶性肿瘤死亡中占首位.肝癌发病率最高.其次、肺癌、胃癌.
