圆形试样拉断后的对接,通常短试样用一只手还勉强能对正压牢,有时可能还会压不太紧。但对于长试样,一只手对接拉断的试样就比较困难了。为使操作方便,测量准确,自制了一个简单的圆形拉伸试样断后测量固定装置,如下图所示。找一段无缝(或有缝)钢管,内径略比试样夹头直径大些。笔者找到的是内径17mm、外径22mm的无缝钢管。从破旧电器上拆了一根压缩弹簧,钢丝直径1.1mm,弹簧外径11.5mm,自由高度60mm。在钢管两端内孔加工M18mm×1.5mm的细牙螺纹。螺纹长度要长些,并配车螺堵和两件顶头。其中右端顶头较长,以便调头用于短试样。左端顶头杆部可根据弹簧长度确定。为的是使拉断的试样放入固定装置中时有一定的压力,以便对正压牢。压力的大小可通过钢管两端的内螺纹以及螺堵和两端的顶头等调整。
