三七叶总皂甙系从三七Panax notoginseng(Burk)F·H·Chen叶中提得的白色粉末,为达马烷型四环三帖皂甙,以含人参二醇型皂甙为主。急性毒性实验:雄性小鼠分别灌胃三七叶总皂甙6000、7800、10140mg/kg,观察5天,除给药后动物呈不同程度的安静、活动减少外,均未见中毒死亡。犬分别静脉及腹腔注射三七叶总皂甙100、200mg/kg,观察15天,均未见中毒反应。刺激性实验:用兔点眼法,结果表明三七叶总皂甙有一定程度的刺激反应。安全性实验:犬灌胃三七叶总皂甙300mg/kg或静脉注射100mg/kg。用药后,除呼吸次数略有加快外,其血压、心率、心电图在4小时内与给药前比较,均无明显变化。兔静脉注射三七叶总皂甙200mg/kg,用药后2小时内呼吸次数比给药前略有增加。对小肠的影响:家兔用三七叶总皂甙300mg/kg
The Panax notoginseng leaf saponins from the Panax notoginseng (Burk) FHH Chen white powder obtained from Panax notoginseng (Burk) FHH Chen. It is a damascene-type tetracyclic triterpene saponin and mainly contains panaxadiol saponin. Acute toxicity test: Male mice were administered with total saponins of Panax notoginseng 6000, 7800, and 10140 mg/kg, respectively, and observed for 5 days. Except for animals with different degrees of quietness and reduced activities after administration, no poisoning was observed. Dogs were injected intravenously and intraperitoneally with total saponins of Panax notoginseng 100 and 200 mg/kg. No poisoning was observed for 15 days. Irritation test: Using rabbit eyes, the results showed that total saponins of Panax notoginseng have a certain degree of stimuli. Safety experiment: Dogs were given 300 mg/kg total saponin or intravenous injection of 100 mg/kg. After treatment, the blood pressure, heart rate, and electrocardiogram did not change significantly within 4 hours after administration, except for a slight increase in the number of breathing. Intravenous injection of total saponins of Panax notoginseng 200 mg/kg was performed in rabbits.
