农业保险是在不确定自然及经济风险情况下提出的保障农民收入和粮食生产的重要举措。本文阐述了我国农作物保险实施的现状,通过对湖南省东安县农户进行农业保险问卷调查,分析了农业保险对农作物生产和农民收入的影响,结果发现:农业保险对水稻生产是有一定影响的。最后,本文提出进一步发挥农业保险积极作用的对策建议。
Agricultural insurance is an important measure for ensuring peasants’ incomes and food production under uncertain natural and economic risks. This paper describes the status quo of crop insurance implementation in our country. Through the questionnaire survey of agricultural insurance in Dongan County, Hunan Province, this paper analyzes the impact of agricultural insurance on crop production and farmers’ income. It finds that agricultural insurance has a certain impact on rice production. Finally, this article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for further developing the active role of agricultural insurance.
