本文系统的给出了用浸液超声法测量单向纤维增强复合材料五个独立的弹性常数的理论和实验方法,并对不同体积分数的两种不同表面处理的单向高强玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GRP)进行了测量研究。结果表明界面质量对GRP的弹性常数在实验的误差范围内看不出影响。实验数据和Halpin-T sai方程预示值相当一致。和实验值对照,外推得到的高强玻璃纤维的弹性常数和工程常数是相当准确的。
In this paper, the theoretical and experimental methods for measuring five independent elastic constants of unidirectional fiber-reinforced composites by immersion sonication are given systematically. Two kinds of unidirectional high-strength glass fiber reinforced composites with different volume fraction (GRP) conducted a measurement study. The results show that the interface quality of GRP elastic constants in the experimental error range can not see the impact. The experimental data and the Halpin-T sai equation predict values are quite consistent. Compared with the experimental values, the elastic constants and engineering constants of extrapolated high strength glass fibers are quite accurate.
