研究了考虑碳配额交易时火电机组的发电成本,在此基础上提出了碳排放交易机制下兼顾煤耗和发电企业收益的发电调度模型;并对目标函数进行模糊化处理以及应用粒子群算法进行求解.算例结果表明,考虑排放成本后高排放小机组收益率下降甚至出现亏损,虽然可以通过交易策略利用碳配额的价格波动抵消一定的亏损,但损失明显,指出可能出现小机组向低排放大机组出售发电权的运营模式.“,”The cost of generation about coal-fired power plants is studied under the carbon trading mechanism.At the same time a dispatching model is proposed considering carbon emission trading scheme and generating revenue.And fuzzized the objective function and solved by particle swarm optimization(PSO) method.The result of an example shows that the profit of the high emission generators will reduce or even negative returns after considering the cost of emission.Though the strategy of emission trading can offset some negative returns,but the profit is less than before.So the generation right may be traded from the high emission generator to the low emission generator.
