博来霉素(BLM)、争光毒素(ZGM)和平阳霉素(PYM,争光霉素A_5)都是从链霉菌培养液所得的碱性水溶性糖肽类抗肿瘤抗菌素,由博来霉素酸和不同的末端胺(R)结合成。兼有抗菌和抗病毒作用。PYM抑制DNA合成,而对RNA合成没有影响。PYM使DNA断裂成DNA短段。 平阳霉素在肿瘤内科的应用 国内报道不多,1979年争光霉素协作组报道PYM治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效评价:头颈部鳞癌(特效+显效率33.3％)、鼻咽癌(25.7％)、食管癌(21.0％)、乳腺癌(37.5％)、宫颈癌(63.0
