2005年5月27日,中国水运建设行业协会工程建设及材料设备专业委员会在杭州花家山庄召开了成立大会。中国水运建设行业协会理事长李悟洲到会祝贺,为专业委员会揭牌,并作了重要讲话。中国水运建设行业协会秘书长刘玉兰宣读了专业委员会主任委员、常务副主任委员聘任名单。会议还一致通过了专业委员会秘书组秘书长、副秘书长成员。各地27个单位的38位代表出席了成立大会。会议由专业委员会常务副主任委员、上海新纺织产业用品有限公司总经理包伟国主持。
May 27, 2005, China Water Transport Construction Industry Association Engineering Construction and Materials Equipment Committee held a founding meeting in Hangzhou Hua Jia Villa. Li Wuzhou, chairman of China Water Transport Construction Association, was here to congratulate, unveil a special committee and made an important speech. Liu Yulan, secretary-general of China Waterway Construction Association, read the list of appointed directors and executive vice presidents of the Professional Committee. The meeting also unanimously adopted the secretary of the Professional Committee Secretary, Deputy Secretary-General members. Thirty-eight representatives from 27 units attended the inaugural meeting. The meeting was chaired by Bao Weiguo, executive deputy chairman of the Professional Committee and general manager of Shanghai New Textile Industrial Products Co., Ltd.
