目的通过对多晶硅切割液建设项目的评价,识别该项目的职业病危害因素的种类。方法依据国家职业卫生规范和标准,对辽阳市新建多晶硅切割液项目的生产工艺进行现场调查及检测,对职业病危害因素进行全面识别。结果多晶硅切割液建设项目主要的职业病危害因素为噪声、环氧乙烷、氢氧化钠、乙酸、工频电场等。结论对建设项目进行全面细致的工程分析,以全面识别和分析多晶硅切割液项目的职业病危害因素。
Objective To identify the types of occupational hazards in this project by evaluating the polysilicon cutting fluid construction project. Methods Based on the national occupational health standards and standards, the production process of the new polysilicon cutting fluid project in Liaoyang City was investigated on site and detected, and the hazard factors of occupational diseases were fully identified. Results Polysilicon cutting fluid construction project main occupational hazards are noise, ethylene oxide, sodium hydroxide, acetic acid, power frequency electric field and so on. Conclusion Comprehensive and detailed engineering analysis of the construction project is conducted to comprehensively identify and analyze the occupational hazards of the polysilicon cutting fluid project.
