党的十一届三中全会以来,各地贯彻执行国民经济调整的方针,大力发展消费品的生产,使轻工业生产取得了新的成绩。今年第一季度,轻工业完成的产值比去年同期增长6%。由于轻工业生产的发展,大大丰富了国内市场,增加了外贸出口,对增加财政收入和回笼货币起了很大作用。但是,根据今年实现财政收支平衡,稳定物价和满足市场需要的要求,任务还是很艰巨的,我们要千方百计地做好各方面的工作,保证轻工业生产的发展。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, various localities have been implementing the principle of national economic readjustment, vigorously developing the production of consumer goods and have made new achievements in light industry production. In the first quarter of this year, output value completed by light industry increased by 6% over the same period of last year. Due to the development of light industrial production, the domestic market has been greatly enriched and the export of foreign products increased. This has played a significant role in increasing fiscal revenue and withdrawing currency. However, according to this year’s requirements for achieving a balanced fiscal revenue and expenditure, stabilizing prices and meeting the needs of the market, the task is still arduous. We must do everything possible to ensure that all lighthearted efforts are made to ensure the development of light industry.
