本文的目的是引用文献中的有关公式,通过计算,予测园翅片管的表面性能,选择适于发电机空冷器中应用的园翅片管的合理外形。文中先简略介绍了各种比较表面性能的方法,并采用η_0h和η_6hβ对E/η_0h的方法为本文所使用的方法。在以E/η_0h和Gr/η_0h_4A为衡量标准,比较了翅厚、翅高、翅间距、翅根直径、翅片管安装间隙各因素对性能的影响以后,比较了三种不同尺寸的园翅片管,并确定了园翅片管的合理尺寸。另外,用η_0h和η_0hβ对E/η_0h和Gr/η_0hA的标准,比较了发电机空冷器中应用的三种换热器表面——园翅片管,缠丝肋园管和套片管的性能,确认园翅片管的性能最好。
The purpose of this paper is to cite the relevant formulas in the literature.
