采用脑血管动力学参数(CVDI)检测观测36例高血压病患者舌下含服硝苯吡啶(Nif)前后脑血管动力学特性的变化。与正常组(60例)对照证明高血压病组的CVDI显著差异(P<0.001)。高血压病组经Nif舌下给药后较给药前颈动脉平均血流量(CBF mean)显著增加(P<0.001),颈动脉平均、最大、最小血流速(CBVmean、max、min)显著增快(P<0.001);脑血管阻力(CVR)显著下降(P<0.001),脑血管特性阻抗(Zc)及颈动脉弹性模量(VE)都有显著下降(P<0.01);颈动脉直径(D)、颈动脉动值(dD)和零压时脑血管顺应性(CVCo)无显著差异(P>0.05);且两侧失衡的CVDI趋向正常。结果显示:Nif降压有效,亦能改善高血压病患者异常的脑血管动力学特性。
Cerebral vascular dynamics parameters (CVDI) were used to detect the changes of cerebrovascular dynamics in 36 hypertensive patients before and after sublingual nifedipine (Nif). Compared with the normal group (60 cases), CVDI showed significant difference (P <0.001). The mean carotid mean CBF (mean CBF, CBMmean, max, min) was significantly higher in hypertensive patients than in the control group (P <0.001) (P <0.001), the characteristic impedance of cerebral vessels (Zc) and the carotid artery elasticity modulus (VE) decreased significantly (P <0.01); the carotid artery Diameter (D), carotid artery dysthymia (CV) and no significant difference (P> 0.05); and both sides of the imbalance of CVDI tended to be normal. The results showed that: Nif antihypertensive effective, can also improve the abnormal cerebrovascular dynamics in hypertensive patients.
