目的：探讨高浓度血小板血浆（ PRP凝胶）在鼻颌颧骨折手术中的应用价值。方法选择鼻颌颧骨折患者120例为研究对象，按治疗方法分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。观察组采用钛板钛钉固定加PRP凝胶贴敷治疗，对照组单纯采用钛板钛钉固定。2组鼻内镜直视下手术和常规无影灯照明下治疗各30例。观察2组面部外观改善情况，鼻内镜直视下手术和常规无影灯下手术情况。随访1年，观察预后情况。结果治疗组面部外观改善率为98．33％，高于对照组的88．33％（P＜0．05）。随访1年，预后良好。结论 PRP凝胶应用于鼻颌颧骨折能促进骨折愈合且安全性较高。“,”Objective To investigate the applied value of high concentration of platelet plasma (PRP gel) in the na-sal maxillary zygomatic fracture surgery.Methods 120 cases of patients with nasal maxillary zygomatic fracture were selected and divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with titanium plate titanium nail fixation and PRP gel sticking,the control group was treated only with titanium plate titanium nail fixation.In both groups, patients were treated with nasal endoscopic direct operation and conventional treatment under shadowless lamp lighting, each of the 30 cases.Facial appearance improvement, nasal endoscopic surgery and conventional surgery under shad-owless lamp of the 2 groups was observed.Follow up of 1 year,to observe the prognosis.Results Facial appearance improve-ment rate in the treatment group was 98.33%, which was obviously higher than that of the control group (88.33%),the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =4.29,P<0.05).Follow up of 1 year,the prognosis was well.Conclusion PRP gel applied to the nasal jaw cheekbones can promote the fracture healing and has high security.
