INTRODUCTION Determination of trace elements in the soil of the environment is an indispensable and important basis for the assessment of environmental quality and the development trend of environmental pollution. At the same time, there is some reference value to the study of soil science, botany, geochemistry and local etiology. However, the complexity of the soil matrix, its low element content and its large variety require the development of soil samples for analysis quality control and for the comparison of different analytical methods in different laboratories. Neutron activation analysis has become one of the most effective analytical methods in the value analysis of various standard reference materials due to its high sensitivity and simultaneous determination of multiple elements.
