本科生毕业论文阶段是高等工程类院校教学计划中最后的、也是最重要的教学环节。本文分析了近年来我校地球物理勘探专业本科生完成毕业论文过程中存在的问题,介绍了在这个阶段中如何培养学生工程实践和创新能力的方法和措施。认为工程实践能力和创新能力培养应该贯彻到毕业论文阶段的每个环节,将之作为这个阶段的重要目标。该阶段作为大学生工程能力、创新型人才培养体系的重要组成部分,应该从组织管理上加强对各个环节的督促和检查工作,确保师生重视、积极参与,以全面提高该阶段的教学效果。
Undergraduate thesis thesis stage is higher engineering colleges and universities teaching plan in the final, but also the most important teaching links. This article analyzes the problems existing in completing the thesis of geophysical exploration undergraduates in our school in recent years, and introduces the methods and measures of how to cultivate students’ engineering practice and innovation ability in this stage. That engineering practice ability and ability to innovate should be carried out to every stage of graduation thesis stage, as an important goal of this stage. This stage, as an important part of college students’ engineering ability and innovative talent training system, should supervise and inspect various links from organization and management to ensure that teachers and students pay attention to and participate actively in order to comprehensively improve the teaching effect at this stage.
