学生创新能力的培养是非常重要的,创新能力的培养需要从小抓起,因此,应该对小学数学这一学科进行重点重视,其原因是小学数学能够有效的度学生的创新能力进行培养,小学数学也是对创新能力进行培养的有效学科之一。所以教师在进行教学的过程中,应该对教育的观念进行及时的更新,有针对性的对教学方案进行设计。本文根据自身的教学经验对如何人进行创新性教学进行了分析,并针对这一系列的问题提出来教学设计的方案,希望能够对小学数学的创新教学有所帮助。时代的发展认识离不开创新,为了让各方面的素质均有所提高,积极地对创新意识进行培养是非常有必要的。为了让数学教学得到创新,这就要求数学教师在进行数学课程之前对教学方案进行设计,让小学生在创新的数学课堂教学中,让创新能力得到有效的培养,同时也能够有效的提高数学课堂的教学效率。
