为了适应世界石油制品需求结构的变化以及提高船舶运营经济效益,船用燃油将全面地依赖于使用重油。而且随着石油精炼技术的不断进步,船用重油将愈来愈劣质化。因此,船舶航行中因燃用劣质燃油而引起的故障逐渐增多。为此,世界各国航运界都进行了不懈的努力,从船用柴油机主要零部件的结构和材料、燃油喷射系统、燃油前处理系统以及燃油添加剂等诸方面进行研究,并取得了很大成绩。本文根据国外有关资料,概述船用燃油的动向以及重油添加剂研制等内容,以供参考。
In order to adapt to the changes in the world petroleum product demand structure and enhance the economic benefits of shipping operations, bunker oil will be fully reliant on the use of heavy oil. And with the continuous improvement of petroleum refining technology, marine heavy oil will be more and more inferior. As a result, the number of failures caused by the burning of inferior fuel during the voyage of a ship has gradually increased. To this end, the shipping industry all over the world have made unremitting efforts, from the main components of marine diesel engine structure and materials, fuel injection systems, fuel pre-treatment system and fuel additives and other aspects of research and achieved great success. This article based on foreign information, an overview of the trend of marine fuel and heavy oil additives such as the development for reference.
