千佛链霉菌新种 SIIA9818(Streptomycesqianf oensis sp nov SIIA9818)在含合适碳氮源的培养基内 ,经发酵获约 50 %菌丝量的培养液。发酵第 5天 ,其代谢产物 S-9818的产生达到高峰 ,主要存在于菌丝体内。S-9818对革兰氏阳性、阴性菌和酵母不显示抗微生物活性 ,但有显著的抗其它真菌性质 ,特别是对黑曲霉、烟曲霉有极强的抗菌作用。淋巴细胞产生抑制试验显示 ,S-9818比环孢素有更强的抑制小鼠淋巴细胞产生的免疫抑制性能 ,S-9818的生物学性质与日本报道的 FK-50 6十分相似。
Streptomyces qianfensis sp nov SIIA9818, a new strain of Streptomyces avermitilis, was fermented in a medium containing a suitable source of carbon and nitrogen for about 50% of the amount of mycelium. On the fifth day of fermentation, the production of its metabolite S-9818 peaked, mainly in the mycelium. S-9818 does not show antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive, -negative and yeast, but has significant anti-other fungal properties, especially against Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus fumigatus. The inhibition of lymphocyte production showed that S-9818 had stronger immunosuppressive effect than cyclosporine on mouse lymphocytes. The biological properties of S-9818 were very similar to those of FK-50 6 reported in Japan.
