随著经济的发展,各种社会现象纷繁出现,其中有好也有坏,而“失信”是最重要、也是影响最大的社会现象。信用问题不仅仅是道德问题也是经济、法律问题,而且还是一个政治问题。“言必信,行必果”是中国古代的处世哲学。而如今,假冒伪劣等现象却屡禁不止,信用约束机制在经济生活中不仅没有得到加强,在很多方面还弱化了。这已经成为制的经济发展的“瓶颈”之一,培育信用文化是社会主义市场经济的一项紧迫任务。如浙江,因前些年的疏忽,深受“失信”之害,为扭转这一局面,浙江打出“信用浙江”的旗号,以重新塑造浙江产品的名优形象。 中国已经入世,中国经济必将与国际经济接轨,“信用中国”是中国在国际经济竞争取胜的重要法宝。“两会”中,“诚信”是代表们最为关心的话题之一。本刊编辑部策划安排了部分政协委员关於“诚信”的真知灼见,呼吁全社会积极行动起来,弘扬中华民族“诚实、守信”的传统美德,为建立起健康有序的社会主义市场经济秩序而努力。福建省政协副主席王耀华畅言
