本文用抗胸腺细胞血清细胞毒试验检测了29例HBsAg无症状携带者外周血T细胞数,与正常人(20例)相比显著低下(P<0.001);而用Et法检测的结果与正常人(20例)相比也显著低下(P<0.001)。用FBC花环试验检测19例HBsAg无症状携带者外周血B细胞数,与正常人(20例)相比无显著差别(P>0.06)。此外,HBsAg无症状携带者血清中花环形成抑制因子(RIF)阳性为6/20例(30％)。
In this paper, we detected the number of T cells in peripheral blood of 29 HBsAg asymptomatic carriers, which was significantly lower than that of the normal individuals (20 cases) (P <0.001). The results of Et method and normal People (20 patients) were also significantly lower (P <0.001). The number of B cells in peripheral blood of 19 HBsAg asymptomatic carriers was detected by FBC rosette test. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.06). In addition, sera from patients with HBsAg asymptomatic carriers showed 6/20 (30%) positive for rosette forming inhibitor (RIF).
