面横裂是一种少见的先天性面裂畸形,据国内报道,此畸形仅占先天性面裂病人的0.6%左右。现将我院收治的1例报道如下。病例张××,男,7岁。患儿因右口角向颊部裂开、双耳屏前各有一附耳,要求整形治疗,于1986年3月4日入院。患儿为第二胎,足月顺产。母亲在妊娠期间服用过多种抗菌素,直系家族中无类似病史。查体:一般情况尚可,肺部无异常,心尖部可闻及Ⅱ级左右收缩期杂音,心律不整。余无异常所见。心电检查:窦性心律不齐,平均79次/分,扇形扫描未见异常。口腔颌面部:面部左右不对称,右口角及颊部凹陷,右侧口角向颊部水平裂开,位
Cross facial fissure is a rare congenital cleft deformity, according to domestic reports, this deformity accounts for only about 0.6% of patients with congenital cleft lip. Now in our hospital one case reported as follows. Case Zhang × ×, male, 7 years old.
