奔跑性癫痫较为少见,现将我院所见2例报告如下: 例1,男,12岁,学生,发作性奔跑三年余。近3年来,时有突然起身奔走数米至数十米,奔跑时似要跌倒,口中发出“嗯嗯”声,唤之不应,意识不清,事后不能回忆,每次持续2~5S,每日3~5次,多于白天发作。此外,近3年来,常有发作性突然失神,两眼凝视,伴右上肢抽动,历时2~3S,如进餐时发作,筷子并不掉落,发作后能继续
