采用模式空间变换技术使多组份光谱重叠体系中各组份得到有效地分离从而达到部分或所有组份定性及定量的目的。方法分辨效果好,定性定量结果可靠。无论光谱重叠程度如何,只要光谱间存在一定的差异即可得到较好的结果。将该方法用于人工合成食用色素多组份体系中各组份的同时测定,获得了较好的结果
The method of pattern space transformation is adopted to effectively separate the components of the multi-component spectral overlapping system so as to achieve the purpose of qualitative and quantitative analysis of some or all components. The method has good discrimination effect and the qualitative and quantitative results are reliable. Whatever the degree of spectral overlap, good results are obtained as long as there is a certain difference between the spectra. The method was applied to the simultaneous determination of each component in synthetic food color multi-component system, and the better result was obtained
