构建和谐警民关系是构建和谐社会的需要;是维护新疆地区稳定的需要;是加快新疆地区经济发展的需要。本文指出构建新疆地区和谐警民关系,公安工作要坚持民族平等、民族团结;应着力提高新疆地区公安队伍的综合素质;理顺警民沟通渠道,使“大走访”成为“经常访”。
Building a harmonious relationship between the police and the people is the need to build a harmonious society; it is the need to maintain the stability in Xinjiang; it is the need to speed up the economic development in Xinjiang.
