作为国防建设的重要组成部分,人防工程质量的好坏对战时人民的生命及财产安全产生巨大的影响。所以,在进行人防质量监督时要严格把好人防工程质量关。人防工程质量监督人员是人防工程质量监督管理过程中最重要的力量,要认真履行自己的职责,不断发现人防工程中监督管理问题并实施有效措施。
As an important part of national defense construction, the quality of civil air defense projects has a tremendous impact on the lives and property safety of the people during the war. Therefore, we must strictly control the quality of civil air defense projects when carrying out air defense quality supervision. Air defense engineering quality supervision personnel are the most important forces in the process of civil air defense engineering quality supervision and management. They should conscientiously perform their duties and constantly discover the problems of supervision and management in air defense projects and implement effective measures.
