The experiment and numerical calculation method of the water shed caisson are given. The analysis and comparison of the test results and the calculation curves are discussed: the simulation of the test itself; the error of the numerical calculation method itself; the influence of viscosity; the influence of the number of leaves; - Rogowski’s conditions of promotion and other issues.Finally, an axial flow impeller cascade results as an example for a comprehensive analysis.
