新时期,随着时代的发展,小组合作学习已成为新课程改革的一个闪光点。通过多年对初中数学课堂教学的探索和实践,我深刻地体会到小组合作学习对于初中数学教学开展的重要意义,不仅可以使师生之间、学生之间更有效地进行语言交流沟通,完成学习任务;而且还可以培养学生的合作意识、团队精神,从而提高学习效率。基于此,作为一名初中数学教育工作者,要提高认识,合力开展教学,促进农村数学合作学习有效开展。
In the new era, with the development of the times, the group cooperative learning has become a bright spot in the new curriculum reform. After years of exploration and practice of junior high school mathematics classroom teaching, I deeply understand the importance of group cooperative learning for junior high school mathematics teaching, which not only can make language exchange and communication among teachers and students more effective Task; but also can cultivate students awareness of cooperation, teamwork, thereby enhancing learning efficiency. Based on this, as a middle school math education worker, we should raise our awareness, work together to carry out teaching and promote the effective development of rural maths cooperative learning.
