随着中国民航事业的快速发展,管制工作也越来越得到社会的认可和重视,如何快速提高管制员的业务素质,是提高空管长期安全的基本保障。确保空管安全必须打造一支这样的队伍,他们需要具备优秀的思想政治,良好的职业技能,广阔的安全视野,过硬的技术业务,以及优秀的班组长队伍等全方位过硬的队伍。如何充分挖掘管制员的最大潜能,使他们在工作中不断成长,逐渐成长为一名合格的空中交通管制员,是各级领导需要正视的一个迫切问题。本文通过对管制员各项素质的分析一些具体表现,探索出一些方法提高管制员的综合素质,以减少不安全事件的发生,保证飞行安全。
With the rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry, the control work has also been increasingly recognized and valued by the society. How to rapidly improve the operational quality of controllers is the basic guarantee for long-term safety of air traffic control. To ensure the security of air traffic control, we must create such a contingent of people who need an all-round team with excellent ideological and political skills, good vocational skills, broad security vision, excellent technical business and excellent team leader team. How to fully tap the maximum potential of controllers so that they can continuously grow up at work and gradually grow into a qualified air traffic controller is an urgent issue that leaders at all levels need to face squarely. Based on the analysis of some qualities of controllers, this paper explores some ways to improve the overall quality of controllers so as to reduce the occurrence of unsafe incidents and ensure flight safety.
