颅内原发性淋巴瘤为颅内少见的原发肿瘤,约占颅内肿瘤的0.8%~1.5%。多发病灶者约占11%~45%,其中以AIDS病人中多发者更为多见,占41%~81%[1,2]。由于其临床症状和体征不典型、发病率低等因素,容易误诊。现对我院3例经病理证实的颅内多发淋巴瘤影像学表现进行回顾性分析,并结合文献复习,以提高对该病的诊断与鉴别诊断水平。
Intracranial primary lymphoma is a rare intracranial tumor, accounting for about 0.8% to 1.5% of intracranial tumors. Multiple lesions account for about 11% to 45%, of which AIDS patients are more common, accounting for 41% to 81% [1,2]. Because of its clinical symptoms and signs of atypical, low incidence and other factors, easily misdiagnosed. Now in our hospital 3 cases of pathologically confirmed intracranial multiple lymphoma imaging features retrospective analysis, combined with literature review, in order to improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease.
