创新是国家竞争力的核心,是我省应对未来挑战的重大选择,是统领我省未来科技发展的战略主线,是实现建设创新型省份的根本途径。创新是一个多主体、多层次、多机构参与的复杂系统行为,包括理论创新、体制创新、科技创新及其他创新,本文以浙江为立足点,以文化为创新视角,从文化创新精神等四个方面对浙江省推进创新型省份建设的动力作出研究。
