助第三方专业机构对自身管理存在的问题进行专业的管理分析诊断,并在此基础上对企业进行针对性的整改是目前许多国有事业单位对下属企业管理改革和创新所采取的常用做法。本文以我院下属宾馆为例,就宾馆在管理上借助专业机构的“管理诊断”从而实现自身管理水平的提高这一问题作简要分析。以期为国有企业的管理创新提供一个参考范例。
To help third-party specialized agencies to conduct professional management analysis and diagnosis of their own management problems, and on this basis, targeted rectification and reform of enterprises is the common practice adopted by many state-owned institutions for the management reform and innovation of subordinate enterprises. In this paper, the subordinate hotels in our hospital as an example, on the management of hotels with professional institutions “management diagnosis ” so as to achieve their own level of management to improve the issue of a brief analysis. With a view to provide a reference example for the management innovation of state-owned enterprises.
