对姬松茸60Coγ射线和紫外线复合辐射选育白色新株系子实体营养价值数量性状的因子分析结果,6个营养价值数量性状,可提取为2个公因子,其累积方差贡献率达99.55%,可较好地反映这些性状所包含的信息。按照主因子所包含的性状及其所反映的营养学含义,把2个主因子命名为综合因子及必需氨基酸指数和生物价因子。1个二主因子的模型能够合理地解释营养价值间的相关关系。其因子得分可用于对选育白色新株系姬松茸营养价值的综合评价。
According to the factor analysis results of quantitative traits of the nutritional value of the white new strains of Agaricus blazei Murrill by 60Coγ-ray and UV-B radiation, the six quantitative traits of nutrition value can be extracted as two common factors, the cumulative variance contribution rate is 99.55% Better reflect the information contained in these traits. According to the traits contained in the major factors and the nutritional implications reflected in them, the two main factors are named comprehensive factors and essential amino acid indices and biological valence factors. A two-factor model can reasonably explain the relationship between nutritional value. The factor score can be used to evaluate the nutritional value of Agaricus blazei in breeding new white strain.
