我厂在大量推行潮模铸造钢铸件以来,无论在提高单位作业面积产量、减少砂箱设备费用以及缩短生产周期等各方面都收到一定的效果,铸钢成本比用干模铸造降低了25~30 %。
Since we implemented a large number of tangential casting steel castings, our factory has achieved some effects in terms of improving unit area of production, reducing equipment costs and shortening the production cycle. The cost of steel casting is reduced by 25% compared with that of dry casting ~ 30%.
