《人民日报》记者从国务院南水北调办获悉:2013年12月9日,随着南水北调石家庄至邯郸段工程主体完工,南水北调中线干线河北段主体工程全线贯通,为明年南水北调中线汛后通水奠定了基础。南水北调中线干线河北段工程全长596公里,总投资419亿元,包括北京至石家庄段河北段工程、石家庄至邯郸段工程、天津干线河北段工程。北京至石家庄段应急供水河北段工程于2008年5月建成。自2008年9月起,先后四次向北京应急供水累计16亿立方米,对保证首都供水安全起到了重要作用。南水北调中线一期工程建成后,河北省分配水量34.7亿立
