为探讨运动条件下血浆内皮素、心钠素的变化及相互关系 ,采用放射免疫法对 30名少年运动员 ,在 10 0W恒定负荷运动条件下的血浆内皮素、心钠素含量进行了动态测定。结果表明 :30名少年运动员血浆内皮素、心钠素的含量在运动 15分钟时较安静状态分别上升 11%、10 % (均为P >0 0 5 ) ;运动 30分钟后即刻较安静时分别上升 15 % (P<0 0 1)、16 % (P <0 0 0 1) ;与对照组相比 ,血浆内皮素、心钠素在各观察时相均无显著性差异。结合有关心功能指标 ,提示中等强度的耐力运动可使心血管组织合成释放血浆内皮素、心钠素显著增加。
In order to investigate the changes of plasma endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and their relationship in exercise conditions, the plasma endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide contents of 30 juvenile athletes under constant load exercise of 100 W were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the levels of plasma endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide in 30 juvenile athletes increased by 11% and 10% respectively at 15 minutes of exercise (P> 0.05). After 30 minutes of exercise, (P <0.01), 16% (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, plasma endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide had no significant difference at all time points. Combined with related cardiac function, suggesting that moderate-intensity endurance exercise can cardiovascular synthesis and release of plasma endothelin, atrial natriuretic peptide increased significantly.
